We are a team of Agile practitioners, product strategists, coaches and trainers, on a mission to create a positive impact through the practice of agile. Our team came together in 2013 by combining our collective agile experiences across Fortune 500, Federal Government and non-profit sectors. The Small Business Administration’s (SBA) minority business 8(a) program is designed to help small, minority firms compete for government contracts.


Agilious and our Federal clients benefit from our SBA 8(a) certification through the following:

  • Reduced administrative time and faster contract awards.
  • Sole-source contracts with no competition requirements up to $4.5 million task orders
  • Technical and resource requirements planning allowed before and during contract preparation.

The Chief Information Officer–Solutions and Partners 3 (CIO-SP3) Government-Wide Acquisition Contract (GWAC) is a ten (10) year Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract. This contract is intended to provide information technology (IT) solutions and services.

JETS is an 8-year, $6 Billion indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity (IDIQ) vehicle to provide a broad range of technology services to enable DLA in its mission to support US warfighters worldwide. AgilisTEK, a Small Business Administration Mentor-Protégé joint venture between Agilious and REI Systems, was awarded the GSA 8(a) STARS III GWAC contract by the US General Services Administration. 8(a) STARS III, is GSA’s fourth-generation 8(a) GWAC. STARS III is a multiple-award indefinite-delivery/ indefinite-quantity (MA-ID/IQ) contract designed to provide federal agencies with innovative IT services-based solutions from vetted 8(a) small disadvantaged businesses, in support of meeting their socio-economic contracting goals. Through STARS III, agencies can access award-winning 8(a) firms through an established contract vehicle, saving time and taxpayer money over open-market methods. 

The primary North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for the Master Contract is 541512, Computer Systems Design Services. Requirements that align with other IT services NAICS codes are within the scope of the STARS III GWAC that include, but are not limited to: 541511,  541513, 541519 and 518210.
